2022 Southwest Florida Artificial Reef Workshop (Palmetto)

FWC and UF/IFAS Florida Sea Grant are thrilled to be back in person for the 2022 Southwest Florida Regional Artificial Reef Workshop on Wednesday, March 8, in Palmetto, Florida.

These workshops aim to bring together artificial reef coordinators, managers, researchers, industry experts and other interested stakeholders to discuss new research, provide regional updates for Florida’s Southwest region, and inform statewide initiatives. A detailed agenda will emerge soon.

Your registration fee will cover a boxed lunch and refreshments throughout the workshop.

This event was postponed from its original date of Nov. 15, 2022 in light of the impacts of Hurricane Ian throughout southwest Florida. If you had already registered for the previous date, your registration will be applied to the rescheduled March 8 event. If you have already registered for the prior date and cannot attend the rescheduled date, please contact Dr. Angela Collins at abcollins@ufl.edu to be issued a refund.
