Responsibilities

Senior research associate with the Urban Boating Bay Water Management Program and manager of the Cartographic Research Laboratory in Applied Geography.  Directs the regional waterway management project, which encompasses several counties in southwest Florida.  Presents applied research results in the form of technical assistance, educational programs, and publications to diverse groups that include extension agents, boaters, and other members of the public.  The goal of the various activities is to promote wise development and economic growth, sound resource management, rational waterway use, and coastal ethics.
