Summit participants will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Florida Artificial Reef Strategic Plan and participate in development of the state Artificial Reef Operational Plan. A variety of distinguished experts will present technical information that will assist in properly planning, permitting, constructing and monitoring artificial reefs.
