| Special Needs:
Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated

Refund Policy: Requests for registration refunds will
be honored if a written notification of cancellation is received
by the University of Florida Office of Conferences & Institutes
on or before April 19, 2004. A $25.00 processing fee will
be deducted from all registration refunds. Sorry, no refunds
will be honored for cancellations after April 19, 2004. |
