Students who are enrolled on April 1, 2004 in a graduate or professional program in a marine or aquatic-related field at a United States accredited institution of higher education are eligible to apply for a Knauss Fellowship. Students in Florida institutions must apply through Florida Sea Grant. Applications are due at Florida Sea Grant April 7, 2004 by 4 PM EST. Earlier applications are strongly recommended.
