1. New Projects Funded in 2006
Based on the 2005 process of extensive peer review of 76 Statements of Interest and 32 full proposals, Florida Sea Grant management is able to support 18 new research projects in its 2006-2007 biennial "core" program. Funding comes from the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Below are listed project number, titles and investigators and institution. The next call for proposals will be issued in January 2007, for 2008 funding.
