1. Sea Grant Funding Opportunities

The following opportunities are currently available:

  • Smart Growth Implementation Assistance (Dec. 15, 2005 -- Inform FSG of intent to submit proposal -- Jan. 9, 2005, 5PM -- Proposals due at FSG)

Florida students and faculty mentors have been especially successful in competitions for Knauss Fellowships (three in 2005-06, of about 40 total nationally) and Industry Fellowships (three of 10 total in recent years). We encourage your serious consideration of the following four items:

  • Coastal Management Fellowship (Due FSG January 30, 2006)
  • NMFS/SG Fellowships (Due FSG February 10, 2006)
  • Industry Fellowships (Due FSG February 10, 2006)
  • Knauss Fellowships (Due FSG March 9, 2006)
